Lead Financial Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial control processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory and corporate standards
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to optimize financial reporting and compliance
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
• Provide strategic analysis and insights to senior management to support decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial controls and reporting
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CFA
• 10+ years of experience as a Financial Controller, CFO, or in a Big 4 consulting firm
• Experience in finance set-up and integration activities
• Broad operational finance experience including management reporting and financial governance
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
