Lead Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior subject matter expert within Corporate Treasury, providing advanced financial analysis and strategic insight.
• Identify financial and business risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead complex financial modeling, risk management, and Treasury-related initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.
• Integrate Treasury processes, systems, and analytics to enhance operational effectiveness and strategic outcomes.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address complex business challenges and influence strategic direction.
• Lead cross-functional projects, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive efficiency through automation and innovation.
• Mentor and train team members, providing guidance on complex financial issues and supporting capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Eight (8) years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
