Lead Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of executive-level financial reporting and analysis using consolidated team outputs
• Create comprehensive financial narratives that translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and scenario-planning frameworks to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare high-level materials and analysis for Investor Relations (IR) and Board of Directors (BoD) presentations
• Partner with Division CFOs and analysts to ensure accuracy in forecasting and clear communication of financial risks and opportunities
• Serve as a subject matter expert in financial forecasting concepts, processes, and tools
• Collaborate with the FP&A team, Sector CFO, and cross-functional stakeholders to report on business performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience
• OR Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
• OR 16 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and scenario planning
• Proven experience in executive-level reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated FP&A experience
• Experience preparing materials for Investor Relations or Board of Directors
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Experience with Oracle and Hyperion/SmartView
