Lead Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure to support FP&A needs
• Build and manage comprehensive financial datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Lead the ICS Consolidations process and partner with Corporate FP&A on ad-hoc analysis
• Drive the Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, monthly results, and monthly forecasts
• Partner with Business Unit FP&A Leads and Sales Finance teams to review results and monthly deliverables
• Perform variance analysis, including providing commentary and presenting results

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A or Decision Support functions
• High proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications
• Strong understanding of P&L management and financial data flows
• Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving change management initiatives, specifically embedding AI into workflows to improve productivity
• Ability to influence multiple internal partners within a matrixed environment
