About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead finance partner to Light Duty and Heavy Duty business leadership, providing financial insight and decision support.
  • Drive planning and performance management through annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and financial modeling.
  • Support business decisions and profitability improvement by evaluating pricing, cost initiatives, and margin opportunities.
  • Deliver financial reporting and presentations that provide clear, actionable insights to business and finance leadership.
  • Ensure strong governance and compliance by maintaining adherence to US GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Lead process improvement and digital finance initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 8 or more years of progressive finance experience, including business finance, controlling, or FP&A roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Solid working knowledge of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and financial controls.
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence business leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, OneStream, PeopleSoft, or Blackline).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), CPA, or CMA.
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, or technology-driven business.
  • Experience with capital investment analysis, ROI/IRR modeling, and business case development.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other financial analytics tools.
