Lead Finance Analyst: APAC GCC FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and performance updates for the APAC region, collaborating with regional and market finance leaders.
• Take ownership of P&L and cash flow forecasting, ensuring strategic insight and precision in business planning.
• Conduct thorough variance analysis and translate financial results into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Champion automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance data accessibility.
• Manage the complexity of financial data to ensure consistency and accuracy across various systems.
• Provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects and coach junior team members to achieve team objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CA or MBA preferred).
• Over 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ideally within the FMCG or consumer health sector.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for presenting insights to leadership.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OneStream, SAP, BW, and Power BI.
