Lead Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical guidance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites
• Direct the training and development of new technicians
• Solve field site issues and operate air separation plants with minimal supervision
• Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities at each plant location
• Coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities, audits, and administrative requirements
• Interact with customers to offer technical guidance, support, and clear communication

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong practical knowledge of production processes and plant equipment
• Expertise in instrumentation, control, mechanical, and electrical maintenance of industrial equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and process control systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and provide call-in coverage

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary technical education
• Relevant industrial work experience
