About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, prioritize, and resolve customer issues related to VHF/UHF radio, telephony, networking, and PC systems.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact and local on-site representative for the customer.
  • Analyze system failures, identify malfunctions, and perform equipment repairs, maintenance, and removal.
  • Manage technical products, services, logistics, and inventory to meet contract requirements.
  • Conduct technical analysis of product implementations and modifications according to customer specifications.
  • Supervise daily site operations and coordinate technical resources to meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain operational processes, documentation, and quality management standards.
  • Travel up to 30% to support customer requirements.

Requirements

  • University Degree or 6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Canadian citizenship.
  • Eligibility for RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card) security clearance.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Proven technical experience with VHF/UHF radio systems.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of practical coursework in RF Radio & Electronics.
  • Completion of practical coursework in Networking.
  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to train and direct other technical personnel.
