Lead EyeCare Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver the LensCrafters Experience by managing patient care and driving store KPIs
• Link doctor and retail functions to ensure a seamless patient journey
• Greet customers promptly and handle telephone inquiries in a professional manner
• Explain required paperwork, optical tests, products, and services to patients
• Perform pre-examination testing with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to their lifestyle and budget
• Operate POS systems accurately, managing payments, insurance, and discounts
• Maintain organized patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Manage contact lens inventory, including ordering, shipments, and disinfection
• Maintain store appearance and ensure visual displays meet company guidelines

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 1 year of professional experience
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with computers, cash registers, and calculators
• Strong basic math and organizational skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or an optical environment
