Lead EyeCare Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver the LensCrafters Experience by managing optometric care steps and driving store performance
• Greet customers promptly and handle telephone inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
• Explain required paperwork, clinical tests, products, and services to patients
• Perform pre-examination testing with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Operate POS systems to process payments, insurance, and contact lens orders accurately
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to their vision, lifestyle, and budget
• Maintain contact lens inventory, including disinfection and clinical support for the Optometrist
• Ensure the store appearance and visual displays meet company guidelines

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a professional environment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with POS systems, computers, and basic math
• Ability to work accurately under time pressure and high customer volume

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or an optical setting
