Lead Expert

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators
• Proactively engage walk-by traffic and educate customers on the Peloton portfolio
• Assist the Store Manager with total-store CRM management and lead auditing
• Act as the floor lead, providing in-the-moment coaching to Experts
• Facilitate engaging, hands-on product demonstrations
• Contribute to daily operations including inventory management and visual merchandising

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or commission-based environment
• Proven ability to mentor peers and lead by example
• Experience managing a book of business and auditing leads within a CRM platform
• Passion for health and wellness
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 35 lbs or more
