About the role
Responsibilities
- Continuously develop energy management systems for the Danube and Zala refineries and implement related measures.
- Represent DS Production MOL within the Group-level Energy Efficiency Knowledge Center and implement group guidelines and best practices.
- Design and develop energy efficiency performance management and monitoring systems in collaboration with controllers and partner organizations.
- Break down and apply energy efficiency KPIs across all levels of operations.
- Participate in the standardization and development of EM dashboards.
- Support the annual definition of Energy Roadmap targets, and coordinate, monitor, and report on their implementation.
- Generate energy efficiency projects and development ideas, developing their technical content and providing expert evaluations.
- Support the planning and implementation of energy efficiency projects and perform project coordination tasks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and competence development through training materials, sessions, and energy forums.
- Oversee energy reporting and coordinate site-level data provision for international benchmarking.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in engineering or chemical engineering.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in energetics, refinery, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of refinery technologies and energy-producing/consuming systems.
- Systems-level thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively advocate for professional positions within a complex organizational environment.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and industrial/refinery systems.
- Category B driver's license.
