Responsibilities

• Deliver and model a superior customer service journey reflective of "Canadian Warmth"
• Coach and demonstrate selling behaviors to drive relevant KPIs and luxury culture
• Lead a culture of clienteling to ensure elevated engagement from Brand Ambassadors
• Support talent development, ongoing education, and recruitment efforts for the store team
• Analyze key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve sales targets
• Manage strategic tools including communication platforms, payroll, and learning management systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain the physical store space at the highest level

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of leadership experience in a related industry
• Proficiency in retail math, metrics, and using analytics to drive business results
• Experience with guest relationship management tools
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours, including peaks and holidays
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Experience working with luxury lifestyle brands
• Previous experience in a flagship or high-volume retail environment
• Proficiency in an additional language
