Responsibilities

• Deliver and model a superior customer service journey reflective of "Canadian Warmth" to ensure an exceptional luxury experience
• Coach and demonstrate selling behaviors to drive relevant KPIs and foster team accountability
• Lead a culture of clienteling by ensuring Brand Ambassadors leverage relationship management tools for elevated engagement
• Support talent development through ongoing education, recruitment efforts, and performance coaching
• Manage store operations including payroll, expense management, and the use of strategic communication and learning platforms
• Analyze key performance indicators to develop and execute action plans that achieve sales targets
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain the physical store space at the highest luxury standards

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of leadership experience in a related industry
• Proficiency in retail math, metrics, and using analytics to drive business results
• Experience with guest relationship management tools
• Experience with payroll and expense management
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours, including peaks and holidays
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Experience working with luxury lifestyle brands
• Previous experience in a flagship or high-volume retail environment
• Proficiency in a second language
