Responsibilities

• Deliver and model a superior customer service journey that reflects luxury standards and "Canadian Warmth"
• Coach and demonstrate selling behaviors to drive relevant KPIs and foster a culture of accountability
• Lead clienteling efforts by ensuring Brand Ambassadors use relationship management tools to engage top clients
• Support talent development through ongoing education, performance coaching, and recruitment efforts
• Drive store financial performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans to meet sales targets
• Ensure operational excellence by managing strategic tools, payroll, and maintaining the physical store environment

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of leadership experience in a related industry
• Proficiency in retail math, metrics, and using analytics to drive business results
• Experience with guest relationship management tools
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Experience working with luxury lifestyle brands
• Previous experience in a flagship or high-volume retail environment
• Proficiency in a second language
