Responsibilities

• Deliver and model a superior customer service journey reflective of "Canadian Warmth" to ensure an exceptional luxury experience.
• Coach and demonstrate selling behaviors to team members to drive relevant KPIs and foster a luxury culture.
• Lead a culture of clienteling, ensuring Brand Ambassadors use guest relationship management tools to engage top clients.
• Support talent development through ongoing education, recruitment efforts, and performance coaching.
• Manage store operations including payroll, expense management, and the use of strategic communication and learning platforms.
• Analyze key performance indicators to develop and execute action plans that achieve sales targets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain the physical store space at the highest luxury standards.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in a related industry.
• Previous experience working with luxury lifestyle brands in flagship or high-volume locations.
• Proficiency with guest relationship management tools.
• Experience with payroll and expense management.
• Solid understanding of retail math and metrics with the ability to use analytics to drive business results.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency in an additional language is considered an asset.
