About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end exit administration for high-volume sales workforce (800-1000 exits per week), ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Manage post-exit formalities including relieving letters, Full & Final settlements, and statutory documentation (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
- Oversee employee insurance administration, including enrollments, claims support, and coordination with insurers/TPAs.
- Manage employee recoveries, dues reconciliation, and liaise with legal functions for high-value cases.
- Administer time-off and leave management to ensure data integrity for payroll and actuarial valuations.
- Drive process excellence by partnering with HRIS and tech teams to automate workflows and reduce manual interventions.
- Lead and guide a team of Exit and Benefits specialists, managing capacity and ensuring consistent output quality.
- Publish regular MIS reports covering exit volumes, recovery status, and benefits trends.
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Benefits Administration, or Payroll.
- Proven experience leading teams and driving process improvements in large, fast-growing organizations.
- Extensive experience managing high-volume exit operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for MIS reporting and dashboard management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work under tight timelines and high pressure.
