Lead Estimator - Industrial

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed estimates for large, complex industrial EPC projects (AACE Class 5 through Class 2).
• Analyze RFP documents and contract requirements to define scope and eliminate gaps.
• Collaborate across engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines to ensure technical alignment.
• Apply industry-standard metrics, production rates, and historical data to validate pricing.
• Identify cost-effective, technically compliant alternatives to enhance constructability and competitiveness.
• Partner with vendors and subcontractors to ensure accurate quantities and competitive pricing.
• Generate indirect cost estimates, including commercial, staffing, and site service costs.
• Drive continuous improvement in estimating methods, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience estimating industrial EPC or construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead estimate efforts on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
