Lead – Enterprise Systems & Automation

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on implementation and ongoing management of enterprise platforms supporting delivery, finance, vendor operations, and reporting
• Personally configure and optimize project and task management systems such as monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, ClickUp, Wrike, or Asana
• Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, ERP systems, vendor workflows, and reporting platforms
• Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate, APIs, webhooks, Make, or Zapier
• Support Dynamics 365 or similar ERP workflows including vendor management, revenue operations, and reconciliation
• Build scalable reporting and operational visibility through Power BI or equivalent analytics platforms
• Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual workflows, spreadsheet dependency, and duplicate data entry
• Own migration planning, testing, go-live readiness, documentation, and operational support activities

Requirements

• 8–14 years of experience in enterprise application management, systems integration, or automation
• Demonstrated hands-on implementation experience (direct configuration rather than just administration)
• Experience configuring project management, workflow, ERP, CRM, or vendor management systems
• Strong integration experience using APIs, Power Automate, webhooks, Make, or Zapier
• Deep understanding of enterprise data flows, automation logic, and operational process design
• Experience supporting operational and financial workflows across global stakeholders
