About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, controls, and CAD) to deliver accurate IFC drawing packages.
  • Review and validate Sequence of Operations (SOO) documentation for power, cooling, and controls systems.
  • Oversee the preparation of commissioning documentation, including FAT scripts, test procedures, and load-bank plans.
  • Resolve technical design clashes such as cable routing, structural capacity, and interface gaps.
  • Conduct build readiness reviews with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure all materials and drawings are released.
  • Allocate engineering resources and adjust workloads to meet factory throughput targets and build milestones.
  • Coach and mentor engineers to improve design quality and manufacturability awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in a lead engineer role, factory operations, or manufacturing of electrical/mechanical assemblies.
  • Strong understanding of low voltage electrical power systems, mechanical assemblies, and cooling systems.
  • Experience reviewing technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Experience leading Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and preparing related documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule discipline.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing production work for prefabricated modules, data center equipment, or power distribution units.
  • Experience with integrated modular solutions and industrial systems.
