Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-performance engineering teams to develop a revolutionary finance marketplace product.
• Design and develop software components, systems, and scalable enterprise-class applications.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to ideate product builds and coordinate with Architects for technical alignment.
• Participate in code and design reviews to establish best software design and development practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the engineering organization.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to drive product quality.
• Participate in technical hiring activities to attract top engineering talent.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in full stack development for enterprise-class web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in Java technologies, specifically Spring, Hibernate, and Kafka.
• Proven experience designing scalable applications capable of handling millions of transactions.
• Strong knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS, including schema design and large-scale data handling.
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and Kubernetes deployment.
• Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines and working with Cloud technologies (AWS or GCP).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
