Lead Engineer, Senior

Responsibilities

• Develop Linux User-space software for Machine Learning use cases on high-performance inference accelerators (AI100).
• Lead Linux software architecture, design, and development efforts.
• Perform software integration, functional testing, and performance testing.
• Implement inter-process communication using gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Conduct system profiling, code optimization, and tool development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Linux user-space development, including IOCTL interfaces, API development, and multi-threaded processing.
• 5+ years of experience with Modern C++ (11, 14, 17), including debugging and testing.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as googletest.
• Experience with real-time embedded operating systems (RTOS) and SoC architecture (core, cache, memory, bus architecture, IOs).
• Experience with peripheral driver development and requirement capture/traceability.
• Proficiency with Git and other source code/configuration management tools.
• Experience with software debug tools including compilers, profilers, emulators, JTAG, and logic analyzers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UML design capture and analysis.
• Strong understanding of common hardware blocks within SoC architectures.
