Lead Engineer - Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the software and hardware product development lifecycle
• Manage earned value metrics for the program office and other stakeholders
• Execute key project management functions including risk management, procurement, scope, and stakeholder management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and disciplines
• Coordinate with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure project success
• Utilize MS Project Professional for resource loading and critical path analysis

Requirements

• B-Tech or M-Tech degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in product and project development
• Proficiency in MS Project Professional
• Strong expertise in Risk Management and Stakeholder management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Agile certification
