Lead Engineer, Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the strategic direction for the Precision Switch/Mux Franchise
• Grow the opportunity pipeline in close collaboration with the ADI Sales team
• Research market trends and customer tactics to inform long-term product strategy
• Execute data analytics on the opportunity pipeline to identify gaps and develop testable hypotheses
• Create external technical collateral and articles to drive market engagement
• Develop internal training materials and provide technical training to global sales teams

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Approximately 5 years of experience in electrical circuit design
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic technical marketing, driving customer engagement and sales training
• Proven experience within the semiconductor market
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize diverse data inputs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work across global teams and manage by influence as an individual contributor
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%, including international travel
