About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration of vehicle software and ECU systems into manufacturing and production environments
  • Develop scalable workflows for ECU flashing, calibration deployment, and secure software installation
  • Support integration across body ECUs, gateway systems, infotainment, ADAS, and connectivity systems
  • Develop and execute automated test strategies for manufacturing software releases and ECU firmware validation
  • Build automated release gates to ensure software quality before production deployment
  • Validate compatibility between vehicle software, manufacturing tooling, and plant infrastructure
  • Develop automation for ECU communication validation and network integrity checks
  • Manage vehicle communication across CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and FlexRay
  • Validate bootloader compatibility, flashing strategies, and AUTOSAR partitioning
  • Coordinate integration across Powertrain, Body, ADAS, and Central Compute domains
  • Own system-level regression test planning and drive root cause analysis for cross-domain issues

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of vehicle E/E architecture and ECU-level software stacks
  • Proficiency in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet) and UDS diagnostics
  • Expert knowledge of Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and Artifactory
  • Proficiency in ALM/PLM tools such as Siemens Polarion, IBM DOORS Next Gen, or PTC Windchill
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and HIL test environments (dSpace)
  • Familiarity with vehicle network tools like CANalyzer or CANoe
