Lead Engineer - Homologation & Regulatory Compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory compliance and certification processes across regional and international markets
• Oversee end-to-end product approval cycles and liaise with regulatory authorities
• Ensure alignment with evolving standards and support product readiness
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive market entry and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in engineering with at least 2 years in GCC homologation
• Strong understanding of regional and international regulatory frameworks
• Experience working with government agencies and certification bodies
• Proficiency in risk assessment, documentation, and regulatory reporting
• Ability to travel regionally or internationally as required
