Lead Engineer - Gas Fuel & Air Systems

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the design and layout of auxiliary components and systems, including piping, valves, tubes, pumps, actuators, and fluid delivery/removal systems (fuel, lube, hydraulics).
• Manage departmental operations, including staffing, performance development, and people management.
• Utilize technical expertise and analytical thinking to execute departmental policies and strategies.
• Propose solutions for complex manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles.
• Act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues.
• Lead small-scale projects with low risk and manage resource requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Proven experience in Engineering, Technology, and Accessories.
• Experience in component design, specifically involving piping, valves, pumps, and actuators.
• Demonstrated experience in people management and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
• Established project management skills with the ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
