Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of ML Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Architect and implement scalable, robust, and efficient ML pipelines that power core products
• Develop novel algorithms and continuously improve existing models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Solve complex real-world problems in natural language processing, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics
• Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning and reinforcement learning
• Design and deploy LLM-powered applications and fine-tune models for specific NLP tasks

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP
• Proven track record of developing and deploying ML models at scale
• Technical leadership and experience mentoring engineering teams
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and fine-tuning techniques
• Strong computer science fundamentals and experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-10+ years of relevant work experience in ML and AI
• MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
• Publications in top-tier AI conferences
• Experience with Transformers and contributions to open-source ML projects
