Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality .NET Core solutions within a microservices architecture
• Lead technical teams and contribute to system architecture and technical roadmaps
• Implement best practices in coding, CI/CD, and DevOps to ensure scalability and security
• Drive innovation through continuous process enhancements and improved developer productivity
• Coach and mentor junior team members to help them achieve their full potential
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to define and execute technical strategies

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in C# and .NET Core, including RESTful APIs and SOLID principles
• Proven experience designing distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architecture
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
• Proficiency with relational databases (Postgres preferred) and analytical databases (BigQuery preferred)
• Experience with messaging tools such as RabbitMQ, Google Pub/Sub, or Kafka
• Strong background in testing frameworks like Xunit, NUnit, or Cypress
• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD) and observability tools (e.g., New Relic)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a product-led company
• Familiarity with the AdTech or Retail domains
• Knowledge of Redis and Elasticsearch
• Experience with secure coding tools like SonarQube and Checkmarx
