Responsibilities
- Develop innovative features in the Fintech industry
- Architect and implement cutting edge technology
- Work with industry standards of CICD best practices at enterprise level
- Lead and build a high performing team in delivering value
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting software for high concurrency production environments
- Proven competency in backend development, mobile development, QA, or SRE
- Experience driving cross-functional architectural discussions (RFC) and coaching engineers
- Experience leading Agile teams using the Scrum framework
- Ability to balance technical deliverables with stakeholder coordination
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or ES6
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
