Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end development and modernization of in-house web applications and reporting systems
- Act as the primary bridge between System Operations and Vendors, translating operational needs into technical delivery
- Oversee the long-term technical roadmap, managing version upgrades, system changes, and future scalability
- Manage application lifecycle processes including testing, deployment, and maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in web application development and system enhancement
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, application architecture, databases, and APIs
- Experience with application lifecycle management and SDLC methodologies
- Proficiency in Agile practices and project management
- Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization solutions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
