Lead Engineer - Agentic AI

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture of multi-agent systems, including LLM reasoning layers, Python, and Java microservices.
• Architect multi-agent orchestration using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI to support tool use, memory, and planning.
• Design stateful agent memory systems and optimize RAG pipelines, including chunking strategies and retrieval optimization.
• Lead and mentor a pod of 3–6 engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and career development.
• Drive the migration of rule-based financial workflows to LLM-native agentic pipelines.
• Implement compliance-aware guardrails such as PII masking and hallucination detection.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of full-stack engineering experience, with 1–2 years specifically in AI/LLM product development.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent agent frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, vector search, and embedding-based retrieval.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with Kafka or similar message brokers and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
