Lead Engineer (Agentic AI)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture of multi-agent systems, including LLM reasoning layers, React dashboards, and Java/Python microservices.
• Architect multi-agent orchestration using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI to support tool use, memory, and planning.
• Design stateful agent memory systems and optimize RAG pipelines, including chunking strategies and retrieval optimization.
• Implement compliance-aware guardrails such as PII masking, hallucination detection, and regulatory disclosure injection.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 engineers through code reviews, 1:1s, and career development.
• Drive technical standards, design patterns, and the migration of rule-based financial workflows to LLM-native agentic pipelines.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of full-stack engineering experience, with 1–2 years specifically in AI/LLM product development.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent agent frameworks.
• Strong expertise in RAG, vector search, and embedding-based retrieval.
• Proficiency in Java and Python, with experience in Kafka or similar event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
