Lead Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Software Sales teams to scope and propose new services and support business to grow existing accounts and secure new customers.
• Discover client requirements to propose integrated service delivery offerings that solve business pain points and long-term operational needs.
• Develop detailed proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs, positioning Sprinklr deployment strategies for swift value realization.
• Lead executive-level services-sales presentations at client locations.
• Define Statements of Work (SOW) including scope, effort estimates, and timelines to ensure successful service delivery.
• Create compelling commercial proposals that balance profitability and margin with the goal of closing new business.
• Collaborate with internal success, services, product, and sales stakeholders to ensure comprehensive solution sign-off.
• Manage the services pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts for Services and Success offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Proven experience in business development, professional services delivery, or services sales.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with substantial latitude for decision-making while maintaining focus on customer outcomes.
• Experience working effectively in a highly-matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the contact center or customer service software industry (CCaaS).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with little to no supervision.
