Lead Electrical Assembler 4

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and ensure daily priorities are completed within the Melbourne DCN IPT
• Oversee high-quality electrical assembly work to meet program and customer requirements
• Perform specific technical tasks once properly trained and certified
• Inspect own work to ensure compliance with workmanship standards, engineering requirements, and design specifications
• Comply with all company rules regarding Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, Compliance, and Quality
• Participate in cost reduction plans, continuous improvement initiatives, and audits
• Maintain materials, equipment, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant electrical assembly experience
• U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Must be CI or CQSI certified in Top Level
