Lead EHS Environmental Monitoring Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, sampling, supervision, and coordination with clients according to inspection orders and procedures
• Participate in service opening and closing meetings
• Develop work schedules and distribute field tasks to the team of inspectors under your charge
• Ensure compliance with schedules and timely delivery of inspection documents
• Verify equipment and materials before and after service
• Keep internal teams and clients informed about service progress or affecting events
• Complete Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR) and supervise safety and quality compliance of personnel
• Propose improvement opportunities and participate in reviewing inspection and sampling procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Technician degree in Environmental, Chemistry, Fisheries, Biology, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Competence in sampling water, air, soil, noise, and emissions matrices
• Experience in personnel management
• Proficiency in Windows and Excel
• Availability for rotating shifts and travel
• Driver's license A1 (min 3 years) or A2b (min 2 years) preferred
