Lead EHS Environmental Monitoring Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, sampling, and supervision according to established procedures and client requirements
• Manage work schedules and distribute field tasks to the team of inspectors under your charge
• Ensure compliance with schedules and timely delivery of inspection documents
• Verify equipment and materials before and after service execution
• Maintain communication with Project and Operations Coordinators regarding service progress
• Ensure personnel participation in safety briefings and complete Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR)
• Conduct quality and safety supervision of personnel based on activity risks
• Generate monthly reports on substandard acts and conditions
• Propose continuous improvement opportunities for inspection and sampling procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Technical degree in Environmental, Chemistry, Fisheries, Biology, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Competency in sampling matrices for water, air, soil, noise, and emissions
• Experience in personnel management
• Proficiency in Windows and Excel
• Availability for rotating shifts and travel
• Driver's license (A1 with 3 years min. or A2b with 2 years min. preferred)
