Lead Educator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5
• Lead and support a team of exceptional early childhood professionals
• Implement high-quality educational programs in line with centre standards
• Foster a fun-loving and supportive atmosphere for children and staff

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• Proven Educator experience within an early childhood service (0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
