Lead Educator

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kindy room as a dedicated professional to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment
• Provide high-quality early childhood education to children in your care
• Implement learning programs that inspire children to reach their full potential
• Maintain flexibility to work later shifts as required by the centre
• Collaborate with a team of exceptional, qualified Early Childhood professionals

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services
• Proven Educator experience within an early childhood service (0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
