Lead Educator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children
• Nurture children's growth and inspire them to reach their full potential
• Lead and collaborate within a team of exceptional early childhood professionals
• Implement high-quality educational programs in line with centre standards

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services
• Proven Educator experience within an early childhood service (0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
