Lead Educator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children
• Lead and support a team of early childhood professionals
• Implement high-quality educational programs in a casual capacity
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care

Requirements

• Minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services
• Proven experience in the early childhood sector (working with children 0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
