Lead Educator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children
• Lead and nurture children's growth in a supportive early childhood setting
• Implement high-quality educational programs and activities
• Collaborate with a team of exceptional Early Childhood professionals

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services
• Proven Educator experience within an Early Childhood service (0-5 years)
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card / DCSI Clearance)
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
