Lead Educator

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nursery Room at Victor Harbor World of Learning to provide high-quality early learning
• Maintain an outstanding and safe learning environment for children
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture
• Take ownership of educational outcomes and impact on children's development
• Ensure safety-first practices are implemented at all times

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Proven Educator experience within an early childhood service (0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• Valid First Aid certificate
