Lead Educator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5
• Lead and support a team of exceptional Early Childhood professionals
• Inspire children in your care to reach their full potential through engaging activities
• Ensure high-quality care and education in alignment with centre standards

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services
• Proven Educator experience within an Early Childhood service (0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
