Lead Educator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment within the preschool room
• Lead and inspire children to reach their full potential through engaging activities
• Support a fun-loving and professional team environment
• Implement high-quality early childhood education practices

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• Proven Educator experience working with children aged 0-5 years
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current Working with Vulnerable People Card
• First Aid and CPR certificates (desired)
