Lead Educator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5
• Lead and inspire children to reach their full potential through engaging activities
• Implement high-quality early childhood education practices
• Collaborate with a supportive team of exceptional professionals

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven educator experience within an early childhood service (0-5 years)
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
