Lead Educator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children
• Lead and inspire children to reach their full potential through engaging learning experiences
• Ensure safety is the top priority in all aspects of daily operations
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team to nurture child development
• Foster strong partnerships with families to support each child's unique journey

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Proven Educator experience within an early childhood service (0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
