Lead Educator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5
• Lead and inspire children to reach their full potential through engaging activities
• Implement learning programs that align with educational frameworks
• Collaborate with a supportive team of early childhood professionals
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children in your care

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services
• Proven Educator experience working with children aged 0-5 years
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
