Lead EBA

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly internal metrics (AHT, Utilization, Quality, TAT, and Productivity).
• Oversee forecasting and capacity planning, including assessing shortages and managing Open Enrollment requirements.
• Lead people management efforts, including conducting performance appraisals, driving KRAs, and managing employee engagement and retention.
• Act as a liaison with internal and external business partners regarding process updates, training, and scope changes.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs and training materials.
• Drive process improvements, project management, and quality management using RCA and CAPA tools.
• Collaborate with other leaders to support organizational activities and inter-team requirements.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry.
• Proven people management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Experience with JIRA EWM applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Ability to work in US shifts and maintain flexibility with scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in Benefit configuration.
• Experience in Claims testing.
• Strong background in Quality Management metrics and tools.
