Lead Dining Server

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
• Coordinate and lead dining service to ensure prompt and friendly table service
• Oversee server section assignments, side work, and meal ticket accuracy
• Train and mentor new servers on service standards and POS system use
• Supervise dining room readiness, cleanliness, and organization
• Support catering events including setup, service, and breakdown
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to set goals and foster team motivation

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of dining room experience
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly with residents and guests
• Manual dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume meal service
• Computer skills and ability to learn proprietary software
